Born again

It is amazing to see someone come to Christ. They are usually in a place where they cannot take it anymore.  The cool thing about God is he gets people to hear about His son in everyway.  They may want prayer for one thing but the Holy Spirit will reveal just a little more.  Then as their heart encounters Christ for the first time they do not know how to react.  There is such peace and quiet that comes.

Jesus has called us to pray for those who have wounded hearts and we must be aware that there is always more going on than what we see. Pray my friends for a discerning heart and commit to the Priesthood of the Most High God.. Selah

Stand back

I want to really just stand back sometimes. I want to watch the world move and see the inner workings of how we think and live daily.  Why is it that life comes so fast, you remember playing in your front yard when you were 5 and now all of the sudden 30 years have past.  Why is it that time seems to be moving at such a fast rate.  I want to stand back and enjoy my life, but if I stay in the flow of this world that will be a very hard thing to do.  The ultimate choice to live life to the full would be to swine against the current, if you will.  The ability to stand by Christ and His foundations in your life and not worry about the successes and failures in life, but rather to focus on the brokenness of others.  The reason I want to stand back and see the world work is because I fall victim to the flow of the world a lot.  Christ is the true foundation of our lives as Christians, but we must apply it to our lives and turn this knowledge into wisdom.  Selah!
