God’s View

I am working so hard to trust our Adonai.  I would do anything to see things from His view.  I know we have to live life and deal with the what life chooses to throw at us. I still can’t stop thinking what seeing the world the way He does would do to me.  I believe it would make us more compassionate, less tolerant, and more courageous.  We have a chance in this life to get a glimpse of God’s view as we surrender to His love and grace.  It is through allowing Him to love us and embrace us that our hearts begin to see how God sees.  The saying of  “open the eyes of my heart, Lord” are significant in seeing the way God sees.  I love that the Lord chose me and you to be His Beloved.  There is no turning back once you have been adopted into His family and if we draw near and give him our hearts, we can see people’s hearts from God’s view.  That is why we are here as Christians, we are here for those that are lost, broken, insecure, and carry heavy burdens and wounded hearts.  This time on Earth is to be spent on the Hearts of His Beloved and nothing else.  Christ and the Holy Spirit are the power source to healing and Satan nor any of his demons can stump that.  This is not the movies, this is true spiritual warfare and know through God’s view… EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE WILL CONFESS THAT CHRIST IS LORD!  Amen..

A second chance

Why is giving someone a second chance so hard to do.  There is something in us that says no do not let them hurt you again.  There is an intuition within us that wants to not repeat wounds that are healing, yet Jesus never stops at a second chance.  We get third, fourth, and thousands of chances with Him.  I know I am where I am today because Christ and people He put in my life gave me second chances.  Now there are some things that cannot be changed, but can be forgiven.  Please understand that forgivness is your right to give up revenge against your violater and leave them in God’s hand.  The only way we can give people their second chances is by looking at our lives and counting the chances we have received.  Let God evaluate your situation and leave your burdens on His shoulders.  This way your heart can be open to those who need a second chance. SELAH!

The day the Lord has made

One of the things that crosses my mind every once and a while is what Heaven will be like.  I can only imagine how incredible it must be to have Jesus physically embrace you.  The thought that I can hang out with him and that we would be able to spend time together is amazing.  I am so excited about being able to sing and worship Him and be in His presence.  I also am excited to see my mom again.  The amazing thing about when she passed was the look on her face.  As she laid there on the hospital bed all of her wrinkles were gone.  She was 72 years old and she looked 35.  I asked several doctors and nurses if any of the medications they used could cause that, but they all said no.  I mean I knew it was a God thing, she looked so peaceful and knowing that she finally got to see Jesus face to face was awesome.  I cannot wait for the day the Lord has made.  A time for laughter and worship and fellowship.  The ability to just love one another as Christ intended.  As I get up every morning I just remember to thank Him for every moment, being that this life is not mine to live, I cannot be selfish and try to put me first.  In order to experience a little of Heaven on Earth, I believe you have to serve and sacrifice, you must be willing to give of yourself and practice relational ministry.  It is only through pouring into others that you can truly experience the Christ within yourself.  I think we can get a taste of the day the Lord has made throughout our lives on Earth.  Amen and Amen!
