Feed the Lion
For years we are taught to feed the monster of our lives. The lies, sins, and secrets that keep us in bondage. What I have learned is feeding the lion lays the monster to rest. Its not that we forget about those things that have wounded us, but we take away their strength in Gods love for us. Once we experience the truth of Jesus, it becomes our choice of which we want to feed, the monster or the lion. Feeding the lion requires us to chase that spirit of desperation that burns deep within our soul… Being so in tune with Gods love and grace for us that we are lifted on angels wings. Its not about a feeling but a choice. We must also realize if we slip, that doesnt mean we are feeding the monster again, simply it means we must get back up with the help of others. My friends choose Jesus.. Deny your old selfish and harmful ways and take up your cross so Christ may Shine through you!!
