We Cannot do it alone
The thing that makes my life most difficult is when I try to go it alone. God did not wire us that way. He made us to fellowship and share our lives with others. That is why Jesus gives the perfect example by recruiting 12 disciples. He did not do it alone because being that he was God he knew how hard it would be. We deal with so much crap in our lives and most of the time we do not share that with others because of pride or shame or both. As you draw near to God something starts to “feel” different, It is almost like the closer you get to Him the more the crap falls away. Now, it is not easy because all that crap starts to yell in your ear rather than the usual whisper. Satan can feel when he is losing his grip on a life that is in bondage. The awesome thing about out Adonai is that he removes the yoke of the enemy which is heavy and laden with burdens and places a yoke that is light and much easier to carry. The reason it is easier is that we are not carrying it alone. Now as you invite people you can trust into your life you will not be so quick to keep secrets. Secrets are so dangerous and deadly because we are not designed to keep those either and because of the Holy Spirit all things done in darkness will eventually be exposed by the light. Do not keep secrets and share your brokenness with someone you can trust and you know loves you unconditionally. However, take your brokenness, shame, sin, and whatever other burdens you carry to Jesus first and let him carry them for you. You are all worth the Love that Christ offers no matter what you have done in your life. He is always waiting with arms wide open because he is our Papa. Selah!
