A word we associate with weak
In Gods world a sign of might
Our hearts should forever seek
To surrender to his forgiving light

Give him all your sin
Don’t be ashamed to fully confess
It doesn’t matter how long it’s been
His desire is to continually bless

Embark on this pilgrimage, my friend
And he will create an everlasting glow
Which means it will never end
With that freedom you begin to grow

His strength is eternally and divinely strong
What you believe will no longer waiver
For we are finally loved and where we belong
In God’s Royal family with Mercy and Favor

Release All your pride and the lies
To Surrender means to let it all go
Don’t fall for that wolf in an Angel disguise
Clawing and dragging at you from below

We are free and fully redeemed
Held tightly in the Great I AM’s embrace
Peace and happiness like we never dreamed
To Surrender is to understand his beautiful Grace
