Life caught up to me
Hello, I know it has been a while and even before that the devotions slowed down. Well, I let life catch up to me and did not work on putting God first. Its amazing how if we avoid sin, the Devil will use busyness to take its role. We have this to do and that to do. The whole time we are missing the big picture of Christ wanting to be a part of our lives. Many of our decisions come in a time of quick response and unless we have the counsel of the Holy Spirit we make these decisions in vane. We are not capable of doing it alone and when we try we always miss the mark. These devotions and poems are not for me but for many people who have read them in a time of need or encouragement. It has been very selfish of me to keep my life to myself and not write the words God has been putting on my Heart. I chose not to follow what God has commanded me to do and that is reach out to those with broken hearts. I ask that you would forgive me for letting life catch up to me and not keeping our Mighty Father first. The God of today is the same God as yesterday and to come. Therefore, I must learn to be consistent in my walk and carry that same integrity. May God bless your days and let you know you are His wonderful and most cherished Beloved.. Amen..
